Pre-congress course

This year, we're organizing 3 different pre-congress courses on Wednesday, June 26th from 15:00 to 17:00. The different programs will be sent to you 2 months before the event so they you can chose the one you wish to attend. Registration for the pre-congress course is required and mandatory and your logistics support will be organized accordingly.

Logistic Arrangements

As previously mentioned, transportation to the Course will be at your own expenses.

Before fully submitting your educational grant request, please make sure to read about the new way of working.
If your grant request is validated by the Organizing committee, we’ll come back to you with a link to make a 500€ deposit*.
This deposit* and your transportation document or a sworn statement will be mandatory to finalize your registration to the Course.
*Please note that the 500€ deposit amount won’t be debited from your bank account throughout the whole process. The amount will only be used in case of no-show, under the Sales General Terms and Conditions given when your grant is validated.

Why has this deposit been set up? Last minute cancellations mean lost grants. The Medtech code doesn’t allow to switch the grants to another person once it has been given. This deposit will allow us to secure your hotel booking for your stay. If the deposit isn’t made, the organization will not secure anything and the grant will be given to another person.

Accommodation
